Kenneth Imperato, Ed.D.
Kenneth is professional educational leader with extensive experience in educational leadership, administration, and policy development. Kenneth holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Southern Connecticut State University and has served in various high-level roles, including Dean of Faculty and Senior Policy Advisor at USA-Canada College Group in Beijing, Deputy Principal at the American International School in Dubai, and Education Consultant at the Connecticut State Department of Education.
Linda Anne
Linda Anne Linda’s career in education includes over 25 years in leadership and teaching positions in Hong Kong, The Bahamas, The USA, Montenegro and The United Arab Emirates. Linda also servers as a site visitor, workshop leader and field for the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB). as well as site evaluator for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and AdvancEd / Cognia.
Hassan Ahmad Farrouh
The founder of ISO Pioneers, CIT Middle East, and Tanzim International, has been instrumental in driving transformative initiatives that set benchmarks for excellence in safety, quality, and sustainability. With over 15 years of experience leading national and international organizations across the MENA region, he has established himself as a leader in the industry. An approved assessor of ITTI by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) and a recognized auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 31000, Eng. Hassan has conducted audits for more than 300 companies and trained over 5,000 professionals. His leadership continues to inspire impactful change, driving innovation and excellence across diverse industries.
Amjad Abdalbari
was a vice-principal at American International School located in Dubai, UAE from 2011 until 2019. Amjad is a graduate of Harriot-Watt University, United Kingdom, where he received a Master of Science in Information Technology (Software Engineering). He has a post-graduation Diploma in Enterprise Database Management (Sheridan College) (Canada) with Honour.
Nourhanne Sofyan
Nourhanne Sofyan is a visionary entrepreneur with extensive experience in market development, specializing in empowering SMEs, particularly in the handicrafts sector. She has successfully led strategic initiatives to integrate businesses into global markets, foster innovation through capacity building, and create impactful partnerships. With a strong commitment to sustainable development and entrepreneurship, Nourhanne excels in driving transformative growth and delivering long-term value for SMES, businesses and communities.
Dr. Fatma Salim Al Riyami
She is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience driving transformative solutions for SMEs, government entities, and NGOs as the founder and CEO of Xeem Consultancy. She has successfully led more than 50 projects, specializing in business continuity, performance management, sustainability, and customer experience programs. An EFQM Assessor and jury member for prestigious awards, she blends strategic innovation with operational excellence to empower organizations. Her doctoral research focuses on SME resilience and business continuity in Oman, underscoring her commitment to fostering sustainable growth and entrepreneurial success.
Dr. Othman Abdalbari
Dr. Abdalbari, PhD (Business Administration), M.A., (Management) B.SC, (Chemistry) began his distinguished career as a teacher of Chemistry in 1989 at Dubai National School. He became Deputy Principal and subsequently Principal from 1995 – 2003. In 2003, he became director, founder and partner at the American International School (AIS) Dubai, where he remains involved as a senior advisor. In 2015, he co-founded the Modern American International School (MAIS) in Sharjah. He is also the founder and partner of the World Canadian School which is in the process of opening in Dubai, a co-founder of Khorfakkan Private School (1989) and a board member of Casablanca American Academy
